Terms and Conditions:
Validity Period
The pass is valid for 6 weeks from the date of first use, not from the date of purchase. Passes can be collected at first use.
Non-Transferable
The pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the named child to whom it was issued.
No Extensions or Refunds
No extensions will be granted for unused sessions after the 6-week validity period.
Passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Booking Requirement
Play sessions must be booked in advance, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions can be booked via telephone or via Facebook.
Missed Sessions
Missed or no-show sessions will be counted as used.
Lost or Stolen Passes
Lost or stolen passes will not be reissued. Please treat your pass like cash.
Session Duration
Each session corresponds to the standard session length as 90 minutes.
Supervision & Responsibility
Children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times.
